Description:

We are a cleaning service company that have been in operation since 2007 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We hold numerous office, retail & commercial cleaning contracts from various businesses throughout the city. We are in need of Cleaners for both full–time and part-time positions.

 

Specific Skills:

Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, hallways, and stairwells

Dust all horizontal surfaces including desks, shelves, tables, and other furniture

Wipe and sanitize tabletops

Vacuum carpeted and area rugs

Clean, sanitize and polish all vitreous fixtures including toilets, urinals and sinks

Stock washroom and shower room cleaning supplies area

Clean and disinfect light switches, push plates, door handles and armrests

Clean and disinfect public areas such as conference rooms and reception areas

Empty all garbage and recycling cans and replace bags in the can

Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and handrails

Clean exterior windows within arm’s reach

Resolve problems and complaints in a timely manner to maintain the highest customer satisfaction possible

Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications

Report and store lost and found items

Report items or areas that need repair

 

Terms of Employment:          Permanent; Full time; and Part-time

Language of work:                 English

Wage:                                      16.00 per hour

Hours:                                     30 to 40 hours per week

Location of work:                   Various cleaning locations (office and some retail businesses)

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:  Walking, Repetitive tasks, a Combination of sitting, standing, walking, physically demanding

Transportation/Travel Information: Public Transportation is available

Office Clerk

Description

We are a financial tax planning strategies company located in the heart of downtown Ottawa. We need Office Clerks to perform various clerical duties in support of our administrative, managerial and professional team.

Specific Skills:

  • Respond to telephone enquiries and forward them to the appropriate person or department
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically
  • Photocopy documents for distribution, mailing and filing
  • Send and receive messages and documents using a fax machine or electronic mail
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, order supplies as required and arrange for servicing of office equipment
  • Assist in preparing agendas, may attend meetings, and record minutes
  • Assist with administrative procedures such as budget submissions, contracts administration and work schedules
  • May sort, process and verify receipts, expenditures, forms, and other documents
  • May perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices and bank deposits.
  • Locate, retrieve, and make copies of documents from files as requested
  • Maintain records of files and removed materials
  • Record documents removed from files to ensure that loan-out documents are returned.
