Food Counter Attendant for 1999434 Alberta Ltd. o/a New York Fries

$15.50 per hour, 40 hours per week

Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, & Evening Hours

Job Duties:

-Prepare all food products according to approved procedures

-Serve customers at food counter

-Take customer’s orders

-Prepare, heat, food items

– Portion, wrap and package take-out foods

– Ensure that quality of food items and service are always observed as per company standards

-Receive payment for food items purchased

-Maintains courteous interaction with customers all times

-Politely initiates actions to correct customer complaints and refers customers concerns to management immediately

-Stock refrigerators

-Ensures products/supplies are rotated in and out of storage

-Monitors and maintains all product/supply levels and notified management when levels are low

-Ensures working conditions of food preparation equipment and notifies management immediately when equipment requires repair

-Ensures production/service areas are cleaned and organize

-Replenish condiments and other supplies in serving areas

-Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand

– Always observe proper grooming

 

Benefits: We offer to pay 50% of Blue cross or health plan chosen by employee to a maximum of $75 per month. This is for drugs, dental and a few other benefits.

 

Education Requirements: Some secondary education

Experience: No experience. Will train.

Administrative Assistant

  • Support the operation, supervisors, managers, and staff of our office in different areas in a professional and timely manner. Review and adjust office procedures to increase efficiency and organization.
  • Responsible for writing correspondence, and other marketing or communication materials, such as brochures, letters, reports, and invoices and responding to emails in a timely manner.
  • Organize emails and correspondence on a regular basis and determine the respective person who should be made aware of correspondence. Also, using judgment and experience, raise flags on urgent communications received and communicate with Managers to inform and follow directions.
  • Must provide excellent customer service. The job requires answering the phones and communicating daily with customers and employees. Professional and cordial communication must be used when answering questions on the phone or in person. Must greet visitors in a pleasant manner. In situations of conflict, must communicate with Managers.
  • Review and improve our current filing system. Train other staff on the system to ensure access is fast and time-saving.
  • Maintain an inventory of our office supplies. Communicate with vendors and order supplies when necessary. Keep track of expenses and inform Managers of the budget needed.
  • Will participate in meetings of different departments in the organization. Will take minutes and will share them with the appropriate personnel.

 

Salary: $26.10 per hour

Qualifications:

High-school diploma

1 year of experience
