Job roles and responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities

To supervise office administrative procedure.
o To coordinate with support services team and facilitate after sales services.
o To manage day to day administrative activities including delegation of work, systemic executionof priority tasks
o To evaluate service level agreement failures amongst departments and create a plan of actionfor improvements.
o To coordinate arrangements for any office events and seminars.
o To prepare and analyse department wise budget and planning.
o To be responsible for efficient team management indulged in reporting, scheduling and other administrative tasks.
o Review, evaluate and implement new admin policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Establish and implement policies and procedures

Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs

Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences

Determine and establish office procedures and routines

Schedule and confirm appointments

Manage contracts

Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

Answer electronic enquiries

Compile data, statistics and other information

Oversee the preparation of reports

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas

Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information

Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office

Area of specialization: Reports and records, Contracts, Statistics, Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams

Transportation/travel information:  Willing to travel, Travel expenses paid by employer, Public transportation is available
