Papa’s Shish Kabab Restaurant is looking for a Cook to conduct all the duties of the position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team.

Main Duties:
• Prepare and cook all meals or individual dishes and foods,
• Clean the kitchen as per the cleaning schedule and restock work areas and ensure proper stock rotation,
• Assist in training kitchen staff,
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers,
• Assist with special event menus,
• Create and maintain inventory of food ,supplies and equipment ,
• Weekly and monthly reporting to managers,
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
Qualifications & Skills:
• 1-2 years of related work experience will be required.
• Completion of secondary school is required
