Education
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- or equivalent experience
Experience

- Able to work: Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Overtime, Shift, Weekend
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- Supervision of 5-6 people (food service counter attendants and food preparers)
- Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
- Standing for extended periods
- Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Bondable
- Valid driver’s licence/Own transportation
