Job Responsibility
- Respond to inquiries via telephone, in person, or electronically, or direct them to the appropriate person.
- Prepare various documents, including correspondence, reports, statements, forms, presentations, applications, etc.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically.
- Photocopy, collate, distribute documents, and manage mailing and filing.
- Send and receive messages and documents using fax machines or email.
- Maintain office supply inventory, place orders as needed, and arrange for office equipment servicing.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes.
- Support administrative tasks such as budget submissions, contract administration, and work schedules.
- May sort, process, and verify receipts, expenditures, forms, and other documents.
- May oversee workflow for other office support staff.
- May perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
