Job Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and manage sales personnel and cashier operations
  • Allocate tasks to sales associates and create schedules
  • Approve transactions and handle product returns
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and stock shortages
  • Manage inventory levels and procure merchandise as needed
  • Generate sales, merchandising, and personnel reports
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate new sales team members
  • Maintain store appearance and visual standards, including displays, signage, and cleanlines
