Atomic 10 Inc o/a Atomic 10 Restaurant is a Laid-back Mexican eatery doling out sandwiches, meat plates & creative tacos, plus cocktails & wine in the City of Toronto. 

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Cook is responsible for the preparation and cooking of meals. The position requires experience as a cook, and the individual will be in charge of the culinary activities of our establishment.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

·       Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

·       Oversee kitchen operations

·       Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·       May clean kitchen and work area

·       May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

·       May hire and train kitchen staff.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

·       Education: Completion of High School or experience in food preparation or service is required. 

·       Experience: 2 years of experience as a Cook. 

·       Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Job Title: RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR
Nature of Employment: Permanent Full-Time Position
Salary: $34.50 per hour for 37.5 to 44 hours/week. Overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends
Job Duties:
• Co-ordinate, assign, and assess the work of reservation clerks and other accommodations workers.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Recruit and educate workers on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and business regulations.
• Demand supplies and materials according to the requirements.
• Guarantee smooth activity of computer systems, equipment, and machinery and sort out for support and fix work.
• Answerable for keeping up with all documentation regarding room enlistment, changes, charges, Mastercard exchanges, client support, and support issues.
• Address & resolve issues or complaints and prepare progress reports
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
