Responsibilities

Tasks

·        Establish methods to meet work schedules

·        Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

·        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

·        Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
