 Customer Service Supervisor – retail (NOC:62010)

 Number of Positions Available: 1

Terms of Employment: Permanent Position, 30 hours per week

Location of Work: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Wage: $30.16 per Hour

Language Requirements: English

Responsibilities

• Address customer requests and resolve complaints.
• Ensure the store’s appearance, displays, signage, and cleanliness are consistently kept to high standards.
• Supervise and coordinate cashiers and staff.
• Assign duties and prepare work schedules for the workers under supervision.
• Train, monitor and support the workers under supervision.
• Prepare merchandising and personnel reports.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Complete store opening and/or closing procedures.
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints professionally.  
• Available to work the day, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts if needed.  
• Similar work experience in retail is required, with supervisory experience strongly preferred.
