A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. Responsibilities will include preparing food for dine-in and take out while following all food safety guidelines and product standards.

Job Duties:

·       Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

·       Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs

·       Inspect kitchens and food service areas

·       Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

·       Order supplies and equipment

·       Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

·       Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·       Clean kitchen and work areas

·       Manage kitchen operations

·       Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

·       Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

·       Conduct performance reviews
