Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)

We have an opening for Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) for “Victoria’s Pizza” (1817816 Ontario inc.) located at 259 Grange Road suite 1A Guelph, Ontario N1E 6R5. If you have what it takes to be successful at a busy restaurant, then this is a position for you. We are willing to train you if you have the right attitude. 

Position: Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Ability to Supervise: 5 to 10 people

Job Duties:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Develop the budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • Administer budget
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff

Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime

Salary: CAD $54,000 per annum
