Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, workshops, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Arrange travel, and related itineraries and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Provide customer service
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Job Brief:

Moh Trucking is looking to hire an experienced Truck dispatcher to complete our team for our growing business with loads of opportunity.

 

Job Duties:

  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders
  • Keep track of shipments
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Maintain vehicle operator work records.
  • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
  • Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment

 

Job requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Education: Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
