Duties and responsibilities:
· Improve and organize distribution regional network /e-commerce for products sales and service
· Managing organizational online and offline sales by developing business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
· Set up individual and team sales target and lead the sales team to meet the planned sales goal
· Lead analytics effort to understand online and user behaviour to identify opportunities to improve e-commerce experience
· Build and maintain relationships with business clients and agencies
· Develop online traffic strategies and establish sales procedure
· Update general site, recommended products and maintain site
· Manage and optimize all e-commerce channels
· Oversee the activities and performance of the sales and provide regular reports
· Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
· Recruit, train and manage staff
Term of employment: permanent, full time
hours: 37.5 hours/week
hourly rate: $56.00 / hour
Job Requirement:-
– Bachelor’s or Master degree in business or marketing
Ø – 5 years of related experience in network or e-commerce industry required
Ø – Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ø – problem solving skills
Ø – time management and organizational capabilities
Ø – ability to travel often
