Main Job duties and responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement training programs for table tennis player of different skill level by identify players’ strengths and weakness
- – Provide individual and group coaching session to improve players’ technique and strategy,
- Provide report and guidance for improvement, and report of attendance, performance and matches
- Analyze players or team performance, evaluate player’s progress and design and modify training program
- Schedule, organize and lead team practices and matches
- Set an example in terms of work ethics, behaviour and attitude
- Promote fair play, ethical behaviour and sportsmanship
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of players by implementing injuries prevention strategies and responding appropriately to injuries
- Stay updated with the latest technique, strategies and best practices in coaching
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate tournament/ events and ensure smooth running of the program
Hours: 40.00/week
Salary: annual $74,880
Job requirement:
- – At least 5 years of table tennis coaching experience
- experience in participating in national, continental or international championship competition, award recipient is preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Problem solving skills
- Time management and organizational capabilities
