Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Oversee payroll administration

Accounting Technician

Permanent Full-time 40 hours per week $28.50 per hour

To start ASAP – 

2 years to 3 years experience with a minimum College/CEGEP education

Calculate and Prepare cheques for payroll, Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, keep financial records and maintain balance using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems 

Maintain general ledger and financial statements. Must be able to use Quick books, MS Word, power point Windows Outlook and excel
