Position Title: Nail Salon Manager

Job Duties: Oversee and manage daily salon operations; Evaluate workflow and service quality on a daily basis; Plan and organize staff schedules and operational activities; Manage budgeting, cost control, and inventory levels; Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff; Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns. Supervise a team of 1-5 people.

Work in beauty salon with odours.

Employment Requirements:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate; Minimum six months of supervisory or management experience in a nail salon.

Strong knowledge of nail care services, products, hygiene, and sanitation standards; Ability to oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, service quality, inventory control, and customer service; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Client focus; Efficient interpersonal skills; Reliability; Team player.

Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent, 35 hours/week

Wage: $36.00/hour

Supervision: 3-4 people

Compensation: CAD $36.50 per hour
