Permanent Full Time 40 hours per week $18 per hour 1 Vacancy Sizzing Wok is looking for a team member with great abilities to oversee and direct the activities for food service production and daily/weekly activities.  An individual who can pay attention to the details and have great command of verbal skills with the team to ensure daily operations are followed correctly.  These include: .MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise, and coordinate preparation of food orders, and prepare food summaries for kitchen staff to follow through on a daily basis. Ensure portion control and quality control of food is done correctly on a daily basis. Establish work schedules and procedures. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation on a weekly basis. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline OR minimum two years of experience in food preparation or service and completion of secondary education. Cleaner Responsibilities

  • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
  • Clean and disinfect all surface areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, all hallways, and all shelves.
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. Ensure food stands, windows, and displays are clean.
  • Pick up any trash and empty the trash bins.
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects. Respond from staff or customers about any areas in need of cleaning.
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms.
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Some experience is an asset

Salary: $29 per hour
