Executive Assistant

Main Duties:

  • Establishing and co-ordinating administrative policies and procedures for president;
  • Overseeing and analyzing incoming and outgoing communications, submissions and reports and preparing and co-ordinating the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to president;
  • Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters;
  • Keeping the executive’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings;
  • Planning and organizing events that take place externally, such as appreciation events;
  • Keeping important information and documents organized physically, and electronically
  • Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Meeting with individuals on behalf of executives to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action;

Salary:

35 CAD per hour on at least 35 hours per week.

Employment Term:

       Full time, Permanent Position

Education Requirements:

       Completion of secondary school is required.

A bachelor's degree in administration is preferred.

Work Experience:

       At least 1-year related working experience within the past 2 years.

Language required:

       Must be fluent in English
