We have opening for restaurant assistant manager at our “Tim Hortons” restaurant (Akropolis 5 Inc) located at 95 Saginaw Parkway, Cambridge, ON N1T 1W2. Tim Hortons is in the relationship business. Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Job Duties:

·        Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits

·        Evaluate daily operations

·        Monitor staff performance

·        Plan and organize daily operations

·        Recruit staff

·        Set staff work schedules

·        Supervise staff

·        Train staff

·        Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

·        Conduct performance reviews

·        Organize and maintain inventory

·        Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·        Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·        Provide customer service

·        Direct and control daily operation

·        Supervision: 11 to 15 people

Employment conditions: Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night ,Weekend, Overtime

Salary: CAD $36.50 per hour for 30 to 35 Hours per week
