Job Description

 

Scheduling of kitchen support staff
Supervise and assist in preparation of food
Train staff about policies and standard procedures to followed preparing orders
Order inventory and other supplies
Hire employees as per requirement post approval from management
To maintain quality of food served as per company standards
Record sales and prepare budgets
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain record of expenses and inventory
Share weekly reports with management related to sales and expenses
Ensure order platforms are running and escalate for any downtime
Check preparation of ingredients required for any future orders
Supervision of other staff members to ensure standards of establishment are maintained
