Construction Manager

TruGrp Inc., located in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking 1 construction manager. This is a permanent full-time position with an hourly wage of $48.50.

Skill Requirements:

Languages: English

Experience:  Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial/supervisory role in the construction industry. 

Responsibilities: 

Tasks
Coordinate subcontractors activities
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
