Job duties:
- Carry out analysis of research data and prepare research reports;
- Research and development of novel superlattice infrared detectors;
- Develop new processes and devices in fields electronics, optics and lasers, as the red mark;
- Research and development of novel superlattice infrared focal plane arrays {FPAs) detectors;
- Research the cooled long-wave and two-color superlattice infrared detectors;
- Development of detector processes;
- Analyze the chemical reactions in detector processes;
- Analyze the relationship between dark currents and processes;
- Detectors packaging and testing.
