Salary: $36.00 Hourly for 30 hours per week

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Barbershop Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead our talented team of barbers. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the grooming industry.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supervise daily barbershop operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness standards.
· Recruit, train, and motivate staff to maintain high-quality service and professionalism.
· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service issues promptly and courteously.
· Oversee appointment bookings, payments, and POS operations.
· Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Manage budgets, expenses, and supply orders.
· Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
· Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Education: Completion of high school, some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training or equivalent experience in the field.
- Experience: 1 year of work experience as a barber in a supervisory or management role (preferably in a barbershop or salon).
· Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
