Shift: 35 Hours/Week
Main duties:
- Create schedules and other reports,
- Request materials and accessory supplies,
- Train, oversee, and arrange training for workers,
- Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of carpenters who build, refurbish, and maintain the structure of timber and other building materials and build and install interior equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Cabinetmakers who build and repair custom wooden cabinets, furniture, fixtures, and related products,
- Create methods to meet work shifts and coordinate work activities with other departments,
- Resolve work disputes and recommend work measures to increase productivity,
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of relevant trainees, helpers, and workers,
- Encourage HR actions such as recruitment and promotion,
- Make sure that the standards for safe working conditions are met.
Qualifications & skills:
- Completion of secondary school is required,
- 3-5 years of related work experience is required.
