Cleaning Supervisor Responsibilities:

•             Responsible for ensuring the cleaning staff assigned to the warehouse consisting of 40,000 sq. ft. efficiently achieve the goal of keeping the area clean.

•             Supervise the work of the cleaning team (3 employees). Make schedules, hire new employees, solve issues, inform the executive team of performance, suggest training, and ensure health and safety compliance and commitment to the organization.

•             Conduct regular inspections to ensure the area meets cleaning/safety standards. Direct the cleaning crew to specific areas, provide feedback and lead by example.

•             Demonstrate a significant level of reliability and accountability. The cleaning supervisor is expected to be on time, perform cleaning duties and ensure the necessary number of cleaning employees are also on time during their shifts.

•             Communicate with management for additional work needed on the site, i.e., walls, floors, docks and parking lot.

•             Communicate with other warehouse employees to understand their needs and provide immediate cleaning support (staff and resources).

•             Deal with workplace-related issues and ensure a smooth transition of shifts.

•             Maintain an inventory of tools, supplies, and materials and ensure all necessary supplies and tools are available to all cleaning employees. Keep expense records and oversee cleaning budget, timelines, and financial limitations.

•             Maintain a high standard of performance at all levels of activities.

This is a full-time permanent employment.

High School Diploma

1+ years of experience

Salary: $27.10 per hour

Administrative Assistant

Job Description Administrative Assistant:

•             Support the operation, supervisors, managers, and staff of our office in different areas in a professional and timely manner. Review and adjust office procedures to increase efficiency and organization.

•             Responsible for writing correspondence and other marketing or communication materials, such as brochures, letters, reports, and invoices and responding to emails in a timely manner.

•             Organize emails and correspondence regularly and determine the respective person who should be made aware of correspondence. Also, using judgment and experience, raise flags on urgent communications received and communicate with Managers to inform and follow directions.

•             Must provide excellent customer service. The job requires answering the phones and communicating daily with customers and employees. Professional and cordial communication must be used when answering phone or in-person questions. Must pleasantly greet visitors. In situations of conflict, must communicate with managers.

•             Review and improve our current filing system. Train other staff on the system to ensure access is fast and time-saving.

•             Maintain an inventory of our office supplies. Communicate with vendors and order supplies when necessary. Keep track of expenses and inform Managers of the budget needed.

•             Will participate in meetings of different departments in the organization. Will take minutes and will share them with the appropriate personnel.
