Cost Estimation: Estimate the costs associated with a construction project accurately. This includes evaluating materials, labour, equipment, and other relevant expenses. Use expertise, historical data, technical knowledge and specs to provide reliable cost projections.

Quantity Takeoffs: Responsible for quantifying and taking off the materials and resources needed for a project based on the project's plans and specifications. This involves calculating quantities of items like concrete, steel, lumber, and other construction materials.

Bid Preparation: Prepare detailed and competitive bids for construction projects. This involves keeping track of changes in scope, material costs, and other factors that may impact the overall project budget.
