Administrative Analyst 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Office. Work Setting: Private sector. Specific Skills: Carry out administrative activities of establishment. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.

Fence Installer

  • Reporting to the Shop Manager and Fencing Foreman; you will be expected to fulfill the following duties: manual labour, materials hauling, communication with foreman and shop manager, time management and all safety rules and regulations. You will ensure work tasks are performed safely.
    Working Conditions
    • Overtime as required

    Responsibilities
    • Load and un-load fencing materials
    • Fab gates and keep shop clean
    • Fill out safety forms and sign on to FLHA
    • Communicating with foreman and management
    • Problem solving and finding solutions
    • Operate and take care of Canadian Fence equipment.
    • Keep work areas and equipment clean and safe
    • Follow instructions from managementQualifications
    • High school diploma
    • 2 years’ experience as a general labourer in the construction industry an asset
    • Class 5 driver’s license
    • CSTS-0.9
    • General construction safety knowledge
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
    • A team player with strong people skills
    • The ability to work under pressure
    • Physical ability to lift up to 40lbs
    • Use arms and hands to carry out all fencing related tasks
    • PPE will be required, 6” high ankle steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, safety vest and gloves will be provided by Canadian Fence Contracting LTD
    Salary: From $25.00 – 28.00 per hour
