Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff

  • Research and evaluate a variety of software products
  • Program animation software to predefined specifications for interactive CDs, DVDs, video game cartridges, and Internet-based applications
  • Program special effects software for film and video applications
  • Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications
  • Consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
