Salary: $33.00/ hour-$36.00/ hour                      Vacancies: 1

Job Description:

  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
  • Develop, direct, and evaluate the marketing strategy for the company.
  • Provide sales promotion for company’s tools and products. Advise clients on sales or advertising promotion.
  • Liaison with local retailers and cooperators, advise updates and develop connection and business partnerships. 
  • Develop local media accounts and manage company’s websites and prepare market reports and all other market materials.
  • Collect products feedback and client opinions.
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions.
  • Provide intellectual, strategic, and operational leadership in developing the Company's overall work program.

Requirements:

  • College or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 2+ work experience  in a marketing role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic web and design skills and proficiency in relevant marketing tools and design software.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Ability to organize and execute in-store events and promotions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of the kitchen and restaurant supplies industry is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.

Truck driver

2 Truck Drivers Required:

• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials on local routes and short interurban routes.
• Plan trip logistics and obtain required documentation to transport goods.
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection of vehicle systems, equipment and accessories such as tires, lights and turning signals, brakes and cold storage.
• Ensure cargo is secured properly in accordance with safety requirements.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
• Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment.
• Documentation: Administer bills of lading and manually or electronically maintain logbooks, knowledge of Accident or Incident Reports.
• Communicate with dispatcher, other drivers and customers using communication devices and on-board computers.
• May perform emergency roadside repairs
• May drive as part of a two-person team or convoy

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Completion of some high school.
• Experience will be an asset. New AZ Driver License holders can be considered with On Job Training.
• Completion of an accredited driver training course of up to three months duration, through a vocational school or community college is required.
• Valid AZ drivers license
• Medical Exam and Drug Test Required
