Telecommunication Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Supervise the performance of telecommunications equipment installation and cable television service technicians. Must ensure that technicians adhere to the policies and procedures followed by Tnext Communication Inc.
  • Administer personnel functions and monitor quality control, employee discipline and employee counselling.
  • Ensure there are sufficient materials to perform the work and request additional proactively.
  • Provide technical direction for subordinate personnel. Organize schedules, train and hire technicians as needed.
  • Assign, direct and review work; determine work methods and procedures; establish performance standards; and formally appraise subordinates' work. Produce reports on projects assigned.
  • Approved leave requests, formulated training programs for subordinates and conducted formal training to broaden employee skills.
  • Develop programs and systems security plans to establish controls over classified or sensitive data for functional users.
  • Must warrant the safety of all employees and customers. Update safety procedures and follow governmental safety requirements.

 

Qualifications:

High school Diploma

1+ years of experience

Salary: $40 per hour
