Main duties:

  • Develop Drafting legal documents and correspondence,
  • Managing client concerns and questions throughout the legal process,
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information,
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage,
  • Maintaining, organizing and update calendar and appointments,
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines,
  • Communicate with clients, adjusters, experts, etc,
  • May perform other general office work as required.

Qualifications & skills:

  • Completion of secondary school is required,
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a related field,
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Main duties:

  • Create schedules and other reports,
  • Request materials and accessory supplies,
  • Train, oversee, and arrange training for workers,
  • Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of carpenters who build, refurbish, and maintain the structure of timber and other building materials and build and install interior equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Cabinetmakers who build and repair custom wooden cabinets, furniture, fixtures, and related products,
  • Create methods to meet work shifts and coordinate work activities with other departments,
  • Resolve work disputes and recommend work measures to increase productivity,
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of relevant trainees, helpers, and workers,
  • Encourage HR actions such as recruitment and promotion,
  • Make sure that the standards for safe working conditions are met.

Qualifications & skills:
