Responsibilities :
 

  • Supervising and organizing office administrative procedures and assessing and implementing new protocols.
  • Prioritizing tasks, assigning responsibilities to support staff, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.
  • Managing administrative processes.
  • Planning and coordinating office services such as equipment, supplies, and security measures.
  • Overseeing administrative functions associated with budgeting.
  • Contributing to developing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budget controls.
  • Compiling data and generating regular and specialized reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Potentially supervising staff involved in records management.

Pharmacy Assistant (NOC: 33103)

Main Duties

  • Gather and enter patient's information and doctor's prescriptions into the system
  • Assess prescriptions for completeness
  • Prepare and package prescription medications
  • Compound non-sterile pharmaceutical products
  • Prepare prescriptions under Pharmacist's supervision
  • Assist the Pharmacist in filling prescriptions and managing patient's file and record
  • Maintain proper drug storage and security
  • Place and receive orders for stock to maintain inventory
  • May process medical billing information
  • May price and stock items on shelves

Education and experience

  •  12 Grade
  • 1-2 years of relevant industry experience

 

Salary

$20/hour

Benefits

  • Overtime Pay (1.5 times of hourly wage after 40 hours of working in a week)
  • Vacation Pay as per Saskatchewan Standards (3 weeks or 5.77% of vacation pay)
