DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced.
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- Reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users.
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
- Setup equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Perform webserver backup and recovery operations.
- Manage incidents.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least six months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Self-motivated and works well independently and in a team environment.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Solid knowledge of office procedures.
- Experience with office management software like Adobe PDF and MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Publisher, and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language.
