Job Responsibilities:

Type and input correspondence and legal documents such as deeds, wills, affidavits, and briefs, utilizing handwritten copies, shorthand, and machine dictation with computer technology.

Review and edit documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and proper grammar.

Arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences for the employer.

Establish and maintain filing systems, drawing on knowledge of legal records and procedures while often handling confidential materials.

Manage incoming mail and material, coordinating information flow internally and with other departments or organizations.

Establish office procedures and routines as needed.

Possibly supervise and instruct other staff members on procedures and current software usage.

Attend court proceedings, meetings, or conferences to record notes, minutes, and dictation if required.

Undertake additional general office tasks as necessary, including preparing financial statements.

Job Duties :

Oversee and mentor the sales associates. Manage daily store operations, ensuring optimal product display and inventory levels. Engage positively with customers, helping, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience. Drive sales, ensuring transactions are seamless and adhere to our quality standards. Maintain and analyze sales records for effective inventory control, utilizing our state-of-the-art computerized systems. Estimate product prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates to customers. Ensure that the store remains a beacon of welcoming energy, where customers are greeted warmly, and their needs are promptly addressed. Prepare work schedules and assist the manager in preparing reports and payroll.
