Main duties:

• Hire and oversee the activities of subcontractors and their employees,
• Create and submit a budget quote for the construction project,
• Establish and carry out quality control programs,
• Create contracts with architects, consultants, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements,
• Represent the company by negotiating business services and partnership contracts,
• Manage the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions,
• Arrange, coordinate, direct, conduct, and evaluate construction projects from the blueprint to completion according to schedule, specifications, and budget,
• Create a progress report and publish a progress plan to clients,
• Organize and arrange construction schedules and milestones, and track progress against set timelines.

Main duties:

  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers to create 2D and 3D models of mechanical components and systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

 

  • Conduct tests and experiments on mechanical systems and components to assess their performance and functionality. This could involve setting up test equipment, recording data, and analyzing results.

 

  • Assist in identifying and resolving issues or problems related to mechanical systems. You may investigate and diagnose problems in existing products or during the testing phase.

 

  • Maintain accurate records of designs, test results, and other project-related documentation.

 

  • Calibrate and maintain various mechanical testing equipment and tools to ensure accurate measurements and reliable results.

 

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

 

Employment requirements:

  • A minimum college diploma in mechanical engineering technology is required.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience.
