Main duties:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers,
  • Develop and manage budgets related to procurement activities,
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess,
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and pricing fluctuations,
  • Generate and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently,
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency,
  • Take corrective actions or make recommendations for improvement, when necessary,
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements in procurement and recommend relevant updates or implementations,
  • Promote a customer-focused and service-oriented approach in providing services to external and internal customers,
  • Assist in developing more effective invoicing and collecting processes,

Qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management,
  • 3-5 years of related work experience,
  • Good English Knowledge,

 

Cleaning Supervisor

$29.50/HR Cleaning Supervisors.

Cleaning supervisors supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in the following unit groups: Light-duty cleaners (6731), Specialized cleaners (6732), and Janitors, caretakers, and building superintendents (6733). They are employed by hospitals and other health care institutions, hotels, motels, schools and other educational institutions, commercial and industrial establishments, home and office cleaning establishments, and by various specialized cleaning companies.

Job Duties

 

  • This group performs some or all of the following duties:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of light-duty, industrial, or specialized cleaners and janitors
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Hire and train cleaning staff
  • Prepare work schedule and co-ordinate activities with those of other departments
  • Prepare budget, estimate costs, and keep financial records
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • May perform certain cleaning duties.
