Tasks

  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

GESTION HYPERFORME is seeking an estimator to conduct all the position's duties. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of the team.

Shift: 40 Hours/Week – Full time

Hourly rate: $28.50 CAD / Hour

Main duties:

  • Review project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to understand the scope and requirements of the industrial painting project,
  • Analyze the surface area and conditions to be painted, considering factors such as substrate type, existing coatings, and environmental conditions,
  • Measure and quantify the materials required for the painting project, including paint, primers, coatings, and other supplies,
  • Estimate the cost of materials, labour, and equipment needed for the project,
  • Assess the manpower required for the project and estimate labour costs,
  • Determine the equipment and tools necessary for the project and estimate associated costs,
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers for paint, coatings, and other materials required for the project,
  • Coordinate with subcontractors if specific aspects of the painting project are outsourced, such as sandblasting or surface preparation,
  • Develop a comprehensive budget for the industrial painting project based on the estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and other associated costs,
  • Prepare detailed and competitive project proposals for submission to clients or contractors,
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the projects and provide recommendations,
  • Ensure that the painting project complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements,

Qualifications & skills:

  • Minimum college diploma in civil/construction engineering is required,
  • 3-5 years of related work experience,
  • Good English knowledge is required,
