Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
  • Carrying and replace linen
  • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
  • Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
  • Place dishes in storage area
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Keep records of the quantities of food used
  • Package take-out food
  • Portion and wrap foods
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Take customers' orders
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
  • Handle and store cleaning products
  • Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit

Duties and Tasks
• Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted.
• Repair cracks and holes
• Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming
• Apply paint, stain, to various surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of painting equipment and tools
• Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies
Requirements
• Previous experience as a painter in the construction industry
• Solid knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Brush painting
• Roller painting
• Surface preparation experience
• Drywall taping/patching
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
