Description: We are a bakery that started in 1975. We are the number 1 branded pita bread in Western Canada. We are one of the largest suppliers of pita in Western Canada, with distribution throughout significant grocery retailers. Our bakery has seen tremendous growth, from hand–made pita bread to today’s state of the art technology, which allows us to provide fresh, high-quality pitas, naans, bagels and tortilla wraps to our customers all over Western Canada.
Specific Skills:
- Greet customers and discuss the type, quality and quantity of bread they need to purchase of consign
- Advise customers on expiration dates of each prodict
- Prepare bread for purchase or for shipping
- Prepare sales receipts
- May accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment
- Assist in display of merchandise
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems
- May conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
