INS Market is currently seeking a Store Manager to look after the Toronto store. INS Market is a high-profile Retailer of modern convenience. INS Market has over 120 Stores internationally. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading store operations with a focus on delivering high quality service while maximizing our guest satisfaction. You will hire, train, and inspire the people that make your store standout. You will also be held accountable for meeting budgets from a sales and cost perspective.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, have exceptional problem-solving skills, be results-oriented and most important have a high standard in customer service.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Maintain operation standards by implementing policies and procedures. Drive sales through exceptional guest service.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate operations of the store.
  • Organize shift scheduling and supervise employees.
  • Actively pursue cost saving measures.
  • Analyze market trends through point-of-sale system & help to maintain budget numbers.
  • Oversee the hiring, recruiting, and training of new staff.
  • Manage performance of team members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, feedback, and discipline.
  • Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business.
  • Check the status of all orders and ensure that they are delivered within designated timelines.
  • Establish contacts with suppliers.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Resolve guest complaints with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Ensure customer service standards are at the highest level.
  • Develop and implement promotions calendar for the store.
  • Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues.
