TOP DOG GARAGE DOORS INC is a manufacturing provider of a wide selection of residential and commercial garage doors made from a variety of materials, finish, and performance insulation options. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manger to join our team, who will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the operations of establishments that sell products on a wholesale basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of sales department
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and conduct performance review
- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
- Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education in business administration, commerce OR other filed with related product sales experience
- 5 Years or more working experience in wholesale trade management
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work cooperatively with customers, vendors, and management
- Computer proficiency and good working knowledge of MS Office
- Must be able to multitask and work with tight timelines
