Full-time position – starts at $20.00 per hour. Minimum 1 year experience as a Vietmenese chef is required.

Job description:

  • Prepare and cook Pho and other Vietnamese specialty dishes. Must be familiar with Pho and Pho process.
  • Supervise cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Keep track and order food and kitchen supplies as necessary.
  • Help plan menus from time to time.

Description

Food service supervisors supervise, direct and coordinate the activities of workers who prepare, portion and serve food. They are employed by hospitals and other health care establishments and by cafeterias, catering companies and other food service establishments.

Job duties

  • Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from management or customers
