Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day activities, and maintain high standards of quality and service.

· Ensure all aspects of the restaurant’s operations run smoothly
· Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stocks.
· Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to all food and health safety regulations.
