Skill Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience:  Minimum 3 years experience as an administrative assistant

Tasks:

Establish and implement policies and procedures
Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Manage contracts
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Answer electronic enquiries
Compile data, statistics and other information
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Oversee payroll administration
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate
the flow of information
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent
disease or injury

Salary: $16.55 per hour + Commission

Hours: 30 to 50 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers and team members.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • OMVIC License
