Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
Minimum 1 year of Japanese cooking (Katsu and Soba dishes)

Other: Excellent Tonkatsu and Soba making skills, Garnishing skills and Ability to create new menu are great assets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook various Japanese food including various katsu and Soba dishes
- Create new recipes and develop new menu along with other team members
- Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Maintain inventory and records of foods, supplies and equipment
