Job Duties:

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials.
  • Clean the construction site and clear waste material.
  • Assist painters during the job.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at the construction site.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Prepare the surface for painting.
  • Remove old paint using available tools.

 

 

Work setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening,

or on weekends, if required.

 

Work Conditions: Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and in all weather conditions.

 

Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations in the Lower

Mainland, Greater Vancouver, and Fraser Valley as per company contracts.

  • ENSURE THE VISUAL STANDARDS AND IMAGE OF THE STORE MAINTAINED SUCH AS STORE DISPLAYS, SIGNAGE AND CLEANLINESS
  • MAY PERFORM THE SAME DUTIES AS WORKERS SUPERVISED AND MAY ALSO PERFORM MANAGERIAL DUTIES IF REQUIRED, SUCH AS OPENING AND CLOSING OF STORE, MANAGING COMPLAINTS, DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING MARKETING STRATEGIES AND SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES.
