Mapping Innovative Plans (MIP Canada) is a business consultancy company located at North York, ON. We started with the main objective of empowering developing start-ups and offering small and medium-size enterprises access to high quality consulting services.  With significant experience in both large corporations and start-up businesses, we help our clients to create simple and actionable solutions. The action plans we build are completely customized to the size, resources, and business model of the companies we work with. We are looking for a Web developer and designer for our company who will be able to help us to fulfill our responsibilities toward our clients with researching, designing, developing, and producing Internet sites.

Responsibilities:

  • As per the business consultant’s instructions, consult with clients to develop and document Web site requirements
  • Develop Web site architecture and gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs and provide the required consultation in this regard to the clients to be prepared
  • Design, select and organize information for website content and design the appearance, tailored to the client’s needs
  • Create and optimize content for the Web site using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
  • Create and maintain software documentation
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
  • Develop and validate test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of related experience in web developing.
  • Expertise in C#, .net frameworks, Javascript, PHP,
  • Proficiency on Adobe illustrator,3ds-max, Animation files, CorelDRAW, adobe photoshop File
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT or computer engineering
  • Be driven, autonomous, hardworking, and hands-on.
  • Be curious and ready to teach and transfer skills and knowledge to peers
  • Ability to communicate in English or French.

CABINET MAKER

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements

Taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed

Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.

Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, edge banding and allied materials

Assist the CNC operator to perform different jobs including drilling and milling.

Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.

Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.

Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.

Install cabinets according to written or verbal instructions

Measure room or installation area

Cut or build cabinets to fit in each space

Follow blueprints to ensure quality of installation

Clean up the job site after installation
