Greek Mediterranean Grill is looking for a Restaurant Manager who is willing to be a team member and conduct all duties related to this position.

Status: Permanent Full-time
Hourly rate: CAD $26.10/Hour
Shift: 35 Hours/Week

Main Duties:

  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities,
    • Set staff work schedules and oversee their performance,
    • Recruit employees and supervise the training of employees,
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,
    • Resolve customer complaints as necessary,
    • Review restaurant inventory and order supplies as needed,
    • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs,
    • Decide what type of services to be provided and implement operational procedures,
    • Plan and improve menus and ensure food meets quality standards,
    • Modify work procedures or processes to meet deadlines,
    • Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • College Diploma
    • 3-5 years of work experience in the related field.

 

Bookkeeper

  • Reconcile accounts,
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports,
  • Prepare tax returns, and perform other personal bookkeeping services,
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using,
  • Manual and computerized bookkeeping systems,
  • Record all expenses and sales and ensure they match with bank statements,
  • Calculate and Prepare payroll slips/pay stubs according to the type of pay period,
  • Prepare financial statements and report them to accountant,
  • Filing of government remittances.
  • Education and Skills Requirements:
    • Completion of secondary school is required,
    • 3-5 years of related work experience.

Salary: CAD 26.50 / hourly
