SHIPPING CONTROL CLERK

Job Description:

FULL TIME 40 HOURS / WEEK. OVER TIME PAY AFTER 44 HOURS/WEEK

$30 / HOUR

Tasks

  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
  • Compile worksheets and specifications of orders
  • Create, investigate, track and complete work orders
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
  • Provide customer service
  • Arrange for shipping, receiving and storage
  • Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities

Job requirements

Education: High school or equivalent
Experience: 1-2 Years

Term on contract. Starting date as soon as possible

Languages: English or French

Field of study: Cooking and related culinary arts, general.

Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

Tasks: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Inspect kitchens and food service areas.  Ensure food service and quality control.
