    Responsibilities

     

    • Conduct sampling and analysis using chromatography techniques
    • Execute internal audits and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to maintain a continuous state of audit readiness.
    • Maintain laboratory equipment
    • Operate laboratory apparatus
    • Assist in set up and conduction of chemical experiments
    • Develop innovative R&D recipes and lead the transition to large-scale production by optimizing equipment parameters and mass-balance for consistent output.
    • Establish technical specifications for raw materials and finished goods, including precise nutritional labelling and allergen matrices.
    • Implement and monitor HACCP and preventative control plans to ensure 100% adherence to GFSI and national regulatory standards.
    • Assist in development of standards, health and safety measures
    • Compile records and interpret experimental or analytical results
    • Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis
    • Conduct safety training programs
    • Assist in building and testing prototypes to specifications
    • Examine ingredients or finished products to ensure conformance to company standards
    • Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
    • Grade and label raw materials or finished products
    • Set up and conduct microbiological tests and laboratory analyses
    • Monitor production and troubleshoot production problems
    • Ensure adherence to safety regulations
