Comfort Inn – St. Catharines is seeking a dedicated Reservations Supervisor to lead our reservations team and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our location: 2 Dunlop Drive, St. Catharines, ON, L2R 1A2.

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise truck drivers and oversee day-to-day operations
  • Prepare production reports and other documentation
  • Recommend improvements to work methods and productivity
  • Resolve work-related issues and provide technical guidance
  • Train staff or arrange training programs
  • Dispatch drivers and monitor assigned routes
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels
  • Co-ordinate scheduling of activities, repairs, and rentals

Requirements

Education:
