A VERY WELL-KNOWN FAMILY OWNED RESTAURANT IN FREDERICTON, NB, IS LOOKING FOR A TALENDED COOK TO WORK ON A FULL-TIME, NON-SEASONAL, TWO YEARS’ TERM CONTRACT, IN ITS PIZZA & DONNAIRE RESTAURANT.
HIS MAIN DUTIES SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- May set up and oversee buffets
- May clean kitchen and work area
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- May hire and train kitchen staff.
HIS SALARY WOULD BE $17/H
HE SHALL HAVE 10 DAYS OF PAID VACATION PER YEAR OR 4% OF HIS SALARY.
